Notification Settings
Configure in-app, email, and push notifications for campaign events and workspace activity in Fonify.
Notification Settings
Fonify sends notifications to keep you informed about campaign progress, credit usage, team activity, and support tickets. You control which notifications you receive and through which channels.
Notification Channels
Fonify delivers notifications through three channels:
In-App
Notifications appear in the bell icon menu at the top of your dashboard. Available in real time.
Sent to the email address on your Fonify account. Useful for alerts when you are not in the dashboard.
Push
Browser push notifications for time-sensitive events. Requires browser permission.
Configuring Notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications from the sidebar.
For each event type, toggle which channels should be active. You can enable any combination of in-app, email, and push for each event.
Click Save. Changes take effect immediately for future events.

Tip
Enable push notifications for critical events like credit depletion and campaign errors. These require immediate attention and you may not be checking the dashboard.
Email Digest
Instead of individual emails, opt for a daily digest (sent at 09:00) or weekly digest (sent Mondays). Configure from the Email Preferences section. Critical events (credit depletion, campaign errors) are always sent in real time.
Muting and Push Notifications
Use the Mute button to silence notifications temporarily (1 hour, 4 hours, or until tomorrow). You can also mute per-campaign from the campaign detail page.
For browser push notifications, enable them in Settings > Notifications, allow the browser permission, and verify with Send Test Notification.
If you block the browser notification prompt, re-enable it manually in your browser's site settings for app.fonify.co.
In-App Notification Inbox
Alongside your preferences, the top bar includes a notification inbox. Campaign completions, new requests, and work assigned to you land there.
- Clicking a notification takes you to the related record
- Filtering and mark-all-as-read actions are handled from the same surface
- Product announcements use a separate announcement reader; its read state is browser-local, so an item may appear unread again on another device
