Campaign Analytics
Fonify brings together campaign metrics, call outcomes, and information captured from conversations in one view. The purpose of this screen is to read results, not to define new analysis fields.
Overview Metrics
Open the campaign and switch to the Analytics tab to review:
Call Stats
Total calls, answer rate, average duration, and total talk time.
Outcome Breakdown
Distribution of completed, no-answer, busy, voicemail, and failed calls.
Credit Summary
Total credits spent and average consumption per call.
Time Trends
See which hours perform best and how results change over time.
Information Captured From the Conversation
Fields configured for the employee during setup appear inside analytics as charts and distributions. This helps you understand patterns without opening every call one by one.
| Data type | How it appears | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Numeric | Average and distribution | Satisfaction score |
| Enum | Pie or bar chart | Interest level |
| Yes / No | Ratio view | Requested an appointment |
| Text | List or summary | Complaint detail |
Which fields exist is configured for you during setup. You do not add new fields from this screen; you read the current results here.
Per-Call Detail
When you open a specific call, focus on:
- Transcript: Full line-by-line conversation
- Summary: Short AI-generated call recap
- Captured information: Structured values pulled from the conversation
- Duration and outcome: How long the call lasted and how it ended
- Credits used: Consumption for that call
Note
Call recordings cannot be played from the customer panel. Use the transcript, summary, and call detail for review.
Filtering and Export
- Filter by date range
- Narrow by outcome
- Focus on a specific captured value
- Export the results as CSV when needed
Tip
Exported CSV files are useful for deeper analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
