Pages in This Group

Learn the name, role and language fields.
Voice
Choose the voice your customer hears.

Test Employee
Test the effect of your changes in a live environment.
What your employee says, which jobs it can perform, and which information it extracts are configured for you during setup. What you control in the editor is how the employee speaks and how the call runs. If you need a new capability or different call content, contact support.
Note
The Human Transfer and Mail Recipients sections do not appear for every employee. They are listed only when transfer or mail notification has been set up for that employee. If you cannot see a section, that capability is not configured for the employee; contact support.
The name in the Profile section is the employee's record name. The spoken name it uses on calls is defined elsewhere and cannot be changed here.
Saving Changes
Your changes do not apply until you save. Once saved, they affect new calls; ongoing calls continue with the previous configuration.
