The Profile section covers the employee's name, role, and language. These are the core fields that shape how it introduces itself at the start of a call and which language it speaks.
Fields in This Section
- Name: The record name used inside the panel.
- Role: The short job framing for the employee.
- Language: The language used throughout the call.
The name field is read-only. It is the employee's record name inside the panel. The spoken name used on calls is defined elsewhere and cannot be changed here. Contact support if that name must change.
What the Role Field Does
The role helps your team distinguish which employee is meant for which job. It is mainly an organizational field.
What the Language Field Does
The language field affects the entire call: how the employee opens, continues, and closes the conversation.
