The Three Modes

You call the assistant's assigned number yourself. Use this to test the live inbound greeting flow.

When to Use Each One

  • Web for fast voice, speech-pace, and opening-line checks
  • Inbound for real greeting and routing behavior
  • Outbound for full outbound-call rehearsal

Outbound testing creates a real phone call. Test with your own number first, not a customer's number.
